I am an avid recycler who one day realized that all those wine bottles could be used in the kiln I was already using for art glass. My other favorite materials are paper and vinyl albums, and I enjoy finding new ways to use other neglected materials.

I love the mix of form and function, creating functional pieces that amuse and entice. I love a mix of science and art, detailing and studying the results of each series of kiln firings and constantly experimenting with new ideas and techniques.
