My name is Jane Vogl and I’m the owner of janie lou quilts.  I have been sewing for as long as I can remember and in 2008 I decided to make it official and open my own quilting business.  My baby sister, Jenny, is my designer, muse, sounding board, partner, best friend and anything else.  Unfortunately, she lives 800 miles from me, so we get quite creative as we collaborate.

Our quilts are a refection of our lives….colorful, busy, coordinated, and hopefully something that makes us happy.  Quilting is such an old art form, but we like to make contemporary and modern quilts that are durable enough to perhaps one day become a family heirloom.
