Creativity has always surrounded Connie throughout her life with family and friends. It seemed natural for her to try her hand at something, and with support worked in several mediums for years. It wasn’t until four years ago she decided to focus her creative efforts around something she also enjoyed: WINE! Her goal is that her handmade items are fun, useful, and for the most part shows a love of the vino. Hence The Crafty Wino was born, becoming Connie's outlet to sell her unique cork boards, wine charms, wine pendants, and other handmade items to the masses.

Connie resides in Dardenne Prairie, MO with a wonderful husband of 13 years and 3 dogs. Currently Connie is the Past President of the ShowMe Etsy Street Team and has been featured in several blogs as well as showcased on Etsy.com. She was one of the original owners of ShowMe Handmade, located in ArtSpace at Crestwood Court in 2009. Fusion by ShowMe Handmade is an excellent continuation of that shop, bringing local art, music, classes, and handmade items to the public in a unique mall store setting.
